Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Home Fixer, LLC is licensed and insured, holds Maryland Department of Agriculture license MDA 32724 and Maryland Wildlife Damage Control Operator Permit #58921, and is a licensed Maryland Home Improvement Contractor (MHIC 119520).
What makes Home Fixer different from other pest control companies?
Most companies stop at treating the pest. Because we are also a licensed home improvement contractor, we can find and repair the gaps, vents and damaged areas pests use to get inside, so the problem does not keep coming back.
Do you work with homes and businesses?
Yes. We provide pest control, wildlife control and exclusion repairs for homes, rentals and commercial properties such as restaurants, offices and multi-unit buildings.
How often will you need to come out?
That depends on the pest, the property and whether it is residential or commercial. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly service, and we will recommend a schedule after your inspection.
Do you remove animals like bats, squirrels and raccoons?
Yes. We hold a Maryland Wildlife Damage Control Operator permit and use humane removal methods for nuisance wildlife, then seal and repair entry points so animals cannot move back in.
Can you help with a home sale?
Yes. We perform WDI (termite) inspections for real estate transactions and collect well water samples as MDE Drinking Water Certified Samplers. We have been a Southern Maryland Association of REALTORS affiliate for more than 30 years.

Yes. Home Fixer, LLC is a veteran-owned company based in Lusby, Maryland, and owner Norman is involved in the work and the customer relationships.
